We are expanding our teams and hiring for three distinct full-time roles: Sales Developers (Sales experience required), Customer Expert (Customer Service experience required) and Translator (translation or customer service experience required. Role Options & DetailsOption 1: English / Portuguese Sales Developer (onsite)Focus: Outbound pipeline acceleration, prospecting, and driving commercial growth.

Requirements

Previous B2B or B2C sales/telemarketing experience.Approximate Salary Range: €1,225 – €1,433 gross/month (Includes base salary, meal allowance, holiday/Christmas allowances + performance bonuses up to €320/month).Option 2: English / Portuguese Customer Expert Specialist (onsite)Focus: Inbound assistance, query resolution, and delivering top-tier service experiences.

Requirements

Previous customer support, ticketing, or front-facing service experience.Approximate Salary Range: €1,223 – €1,320 gross/month (Includes base salary, meal allowance, holiday/Christmas allowances + performance bonuses up to €200/month).Option 3: Russian / Ukrainian + English Interpreter (remote anywhere in Portugal)Focus: Professional interpretation services to support communication and understanding of what is to be communicated.

Previous translation experience, ticketing, or customer service experience.Approximate Salary Range: €1,227.32 € gross/month (Includes base salary, meal allowance, holiday/Christmas allowances + performance bonuses) Package Perks (All Roles)Contract & Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) under a secure Portuguese employment contract. Operating on rotational shifts 24/7 (with 2 scheduled days off per week).Leave: 22 days of annual leave.Training: 15 days of fully paid comprehensive training provided on-site.Insurance: Private health and dental insurance provided immediately after contract signing.Start Date: October / November 2026 (To Be Confirmed).
