This is a rare chance to join at an inflection point and own the outbound function from the ground up.The RoleWe're looking for a player-coach Sales Development Team Leader to lead a team of 4 SDRs and personally contribute to outbound activity (~30% IC). Cold calling is the primary channel - you'll need to be exceptional at it yourself and coach others to the same standard.What You'll DoLead, coach and develop a team of 4 SDRs through call reviews, 1:1s and hands-on deal supportOwn the outbound strategy end-to-end - refine the playbook, sharpen ICP targeting, drive cold callingBuild and optimise AI-assisted sequences using tools like Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorPartner with AEs and RevOps on pipeline handoffs and conversionUse data to diagnose underperformance and continuously raise the barWhat We're Looking For2+ years managing or leading a BDR/SDR team - hard requirement5+ years total outbound B2B SaaS experience (no more than ~10 years total)Genuinely strong cold caller - you can do it and coach itComfortable carrying a personal contribution (~30% IC) alongside managingExperience in a high-growth, VC-backed Series A–C environmentHands-on with modern outbound tooling (Clay, Lemlist, Sales Nav, AI sequencing)Based in or commutable to London - 4 days/week in office, no exceptionsCompensation & BenefitsUp to £75,000 base20% performance bonus (OTE up to ~£96K)Competitive equity / share options25 days PTO + public holidaysTop-tier private health, vision & dentalEnhanced parental leaveLearning & development budgetQuarterly team events + company offsitesNo visa sponsorship available.
