Sales Director

Provide hands on leadership across all offline sales channels to deliver the business plan.Responsible for sales of all categories – Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers, Hair Care and Lighting across the region.Lead and motivate a team of people to ensure that they are developed and challenged in their roles to maximize their potential.Build strong partnerships with the Sales Leadership Team and other key colleagues/stakeholders.Managing and guiding distributor partners for expanding and growing regional key accounts.
