Sales Director

Reporting line: Chairman/ CEOWorking hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm; (Remotely)Responsibilities:Implement the company's strategy in the UAE market, responsible for market expansion, brand development, and overall operations management in Dubai,UAE.Conduct sales forecasting for the Dubai,UAE market, and based on industry developments and customer demands, propose corresponding planning recommendations and sales strategies.Conduct market research in Dubai,UAE, including market trends, competitive landscape, relevant regulations, and new policies.Organize and build the relevant team for the region.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. Overseas study experience is preferred.At least five years of marketing experience in medium to large enterprises, with an understanding of project operations in the Dubai,UAE market.Experience in local operations and management in Singapore.Excellent business development skills and negotiation techniques, with strong execution and stress resistance.Familiarity with IT operations software, observability fields, and AIops products, with knowledge of related global products.
