This role carries significant influence over our position in Dubai's off-plan sales market, leading a team of sales representatives, shaping sales strategy, and driving the achievement of revenue targets. Your leadership and market expertise will be central to our continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor, manage, and train a team of sales professionals — running regular team meetings, implementing performance improvement plans, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies: analyze market data to identify trends, forecast performance, set team goals, and oversee initiatives to hit revenue targets.Prospect for potential clients and lead negotiations to ensure fair, transparent deals for all parties.Plan and deliver monthly sales targets, owning all sales activity required to close against them.Identify and develop new business opportunities across geographies through research and proactive prospecting.Present projects to brokers, handle client objections and queries, and build a strong network of local and international real estate brokers.Maintain a comprehensive database of brokers, channel partners, and clients, keeping records and customer data accurately updated.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure paperwork is completed and client payments are collected on schedule.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firmExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOff-plan property sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to support multiple project launchesFluency in English required; proficiency in Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, French, German, or Arabic is a plusTarget-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar roleValid driving license requiredRERA certification requiredWhy Join Us?Competitive Salary & Good Commission Be part of exciting projects shaping Dubai's skyline.Opportunities for professional growth and creativity.How to Apply:Send your CV and portfolio to hr@mainrealty.com.
