DECA Properties is hiring experienced Sales Directors to join our growing team in Dubai.We are looking for strong, target-driven real estate sales leaders with solid developer-side experience, a proven track record, and an active agency network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive sales performance for DECA Properties projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and brokersDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsManage, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize conversionsConduct project presentations and support agency-led sales activitiesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demandEnsure consistent follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of developer-side real estate sales experienceProven sales track record is mandatoryStrong and active network of agencies and brokersExcellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skillsStrong knowledge of the UAE real estate marketExperience in off-plan sales is preferredAbility to work under pressure and consistently achieve targetsProfessional communication and presentation skills
