Sales Director — CyberA Solutions FZCO — Dubai, UAECyberA is a Dubai-based managed cybersecurity services provider built for the regulated mid-market — companies that need real security maturity but can't pay enterprise prices and won't settle for a firewall and a hope. We work across advisory (vCISO, vDPO, GRC) and implemented/managed security solutions, organized around our 4A framework: Alignment, Assurance, Armor, Awareness.The role We're hiring a Sales Director to run our sales team day-to-day and own the number. You'll manage a small team of vertical-focused account executives, coach and forecast, and make sure our vendor and distributor programs actually turn into pipeline — registering deals, chasing partner-funded marketing, getting the team certified. You'll also take the ideas leadership has for expanding into new segments and turn them into executed sales motions, not slide decks.This is a hands-on leadership role at an early-stage company. You'll be coaching a team of five, and some weeks you'll be in deals yourself.What you'll doOwn the sales team's day-to-day management and the aggregate revenue target.Coach, forecast, and run pipeline reviews for a 5+ person vertical-aligned sales team.Execute against our technology partner and distributor programs — deal registration, MDF, lead-sharing, certifications — so the relationships leadership holds convert into revenue.Take strategic initiatives for market expansion and turn them into concrete, executed sales plays.What you bringExperience managing a B2B sales team of 4+ quota-carrying reps, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services (MSSP/MSP).Direct experience working technology vendor or distributor channel programs.Comfortable operating hands-on inside a small, early-stage company — this is not a purely administrative leadership role.Familiarity with regulated industries in the UAE (banking/finance, insurance, healthcare...etc) is a strong plus.Based in Dubai or able to relocate.What we offer Competitive base salary plus a performance-linked variable/OTE component, benchmarked to a hands-on sales leadership role at an early-stage company.
