Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and inspirational Sales Director to lead Pharmazac’s CNS (Central Nervous System) Business Unit.The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the sales performance and commercial execution of the CNS portfolio, developing and implementing strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen our market position and deliver sustainable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the CNS Business Unit sales strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.Take overall responsibility for sales growth, profitability, market share and commercial performance of the CNS portfolio.Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing CNS sales organization, driving accountability and commercial excellence.Develop annual business plans, forecasts, budgets and sales initiatives.Monitor CNS market trends, customer needs, competitive activity and treatment developments to identify growth opportunities.Build strong relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, KOLs, hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory and other functions to maximize business performance.Support product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.Represent Pharmazac at key scientific congresses, industry events and business meetings.Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies and ethical standards.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.10+ years of pharmaceutical sales/commercial experience, including significant experience in CNS. And proven experience leading teams.Strong track record of sales growth, market development and achievement of business targets.Strong knowledge of the CNS therapeutic area, particularly Neurology and Psychiatry.Established relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders.Experience in product launches and portfolio management; experience in generic and innovative pharmaceuticals is an asset.Strong strategic, leadership, communication and analytical skills.Fluent in English with strong digital literacy and CRM experience.Valid driver’s license and availability for regional travel.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Company car.Mobile phone.Hospital Medical Insurance.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative, science-driven and growth-oriented work environment.The chance to work for a strong and respected brand in the Greek pharmaceutical market.
