This is a pivotal leadership role for an ambitious professional with deep market knowledge and proven success building and managing high-performing sales teams. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth across our expanding portfolio of enterprise applications, data solutions, artificial intelligence capabilities, and cloud services. You will establish strategic market positioning, lead the development of sales and pre-sales teams across both regions, and position Altron as the region's leading enterprise solutions provider. Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for all sales and pre-sales personnel reporting across UAE and KSA territories.This role is instrumental in achieving Altron's strategic growth objectives across the region through diversified enterprise solutions, particularly in government, semi-government, and private sector segments. You will be at the forefront of our regional expansion, working across multiple technology verticals including Workforce Management, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Services platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor all sales and pre-sales teams across UAE and KSA regions, establishing clear performance expectations and creating a high-achievement cultureDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Altron's regional and global objectives, with particular focus on Saudi Arabia market expansion and our diversified enterprise solutions portfolioEstablish and manage sales targets, KPIs, and metrics across all business verticals (Workforce Management, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, AI, and Cloud Services) ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of revenue goalsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts and prospects across government, semi-government, and private sector classificationsOversee all aspects of the sales pipeline including qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure across our full technology portfolioDrive market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic positioning within enterprise applications, data solutions, and cloud services marketsCollaborate closely with technology partners, internal product teams, and resources to ensure solution relevance, competitive advantage, and cross-selling opportunitiesManage sales team recruitment, training, and development to build capability across our diversified business portfolio and support career progressionEnsure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and company policies across all sales activitiesProvide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management on market conditions, pipeline health, portfolio performance, and achievement of regional objectivesRequired Experience & Qualifications:Essential Requirements:Native Arabic speaker with fluent English business communicationMinimum 10+ years of direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market with demonstrated knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environmentProven track record of leading and building sales teams (minimum 5+ years in leadership capacity)Demonstrated success achieving significant revenue targets and exceeding sales goalsExperience selling enterprise software solutions, including but not limited to: Workforce Management, HCM systems, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics platforms, or Cloud ServicesStrong understanding of government and semi-government procurement processes in the Gulf regionExperience negotiating complex B2B contracts and managing long sales cyclesEstablished network of contacts and relationships within Saudi Arabian and UAE business communities
