Sales Director | Real Estate

We are recruiting a Sales Director for our client, a Dubai based real estate company. The role will lead a sales team across secondary market, leasing and off-plan properties, with a focus on team performance, client relationships and revenue growth.Qualifications* Proven sales leadership experience in Dubai real estate.* Strong knowledge of the secondary market, leasing and off-plan sales.* A track record of building and managing a productive sales team.* Commercial judgement, strong negotiation skills and an established local network.* The ability to lead sales performance without relying solely on personal transactions.Key responsibilities* Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear targets and tracking performance.* Build the sales strategy across secondary market sales, leasing and off-plan projects.* Strengthen relationships with clients, developers and other market partners.* Support negotiations and complex transactions, while improving the team’s sales processes.* Identify opportunities to grow the business in Dubai’s property market.
