Sales Effectiveness Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and preparing comprehensive analytical reportsConduct quality assurance activities, including regular follow-ups on meetings and sales activities, verifying client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports, particularly for large and enterprise accountsTrack KPIs for the sales team and individual agents, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvementProvide detailed reports and analysis to management, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales qualityProvide training and support to Sales Quality Assurance Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standardsRequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperienceMinimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related fieldStrong analytical experienceAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skillsProficiency in using CRM systems and extracting reports to support performance tracking and decision-makingKnowledgeGood understanding of CRM systems and sales operationsProficient with Microsoft Office toolsSkillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTraitsDetail-orientedProactive and self-motivatedReliable and trustworthyTeam playerBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamComprehensive Health InsuranceLife InsuranceRewards & RecognitionsLearning & Development opportunities#Egyptdubizzle
