The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as for maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.Junior Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet our Guests entering the showroom.
• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing an exciting and memorable Guest service interaction.
• Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, keep orderly Customer records and research Customer payments and deliveries.
• Keep all sales tracking schedules updated
• Follow up with factory and designers to be always aware of the progress of each operation
• Follow up on quotations and clients payments.
• Contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales
• Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Handling Social Media direct messages.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as for maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information for the finance department.
• Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
• Managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Ensuring order satisfaction & promoting customer satisfaction
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Ensuring and filing client's contracts.Junior Sales Engineer Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree of architecture / interior design / applied arts.
• 3 years’ experience in sales.
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized and responsible.
• Knowledge of industrial process, techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Manufacturing Manager Position Reports to COOPurpose of the job Responsibility:
• Monitors production rates & plan work processes to improve production.
• Maintain records of production operations.
• Review product designs for manufacturability
• Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems.
• Estimate production costs, cost-saving methods and the effects of product design change on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
• Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities and maintenance requirements.
• Assess current manufacturing processes and modify them as needed for improved production, efficiency and safety.
• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives for the finished product.
• Complete production reports, purchase orders, material, tool, and equipment list.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Plan and establish the sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.
• Confer with staff and management personnel regarding purchases, product and production specifications, manufacturing capabilities, or project status.
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
• Evaluate the accuracy of production, testing equipment, and engineering drawings to formulate a corrective action plan.
• Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards
• Record or oversee the recording of information to ensure accuracy of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems.
• Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
• Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities
• Estimate costs, production times requirements for new designs .
• Generate an accurate database of all production details and data.
• Enter production data and present weekly reports to management Qualifications: Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior design/applied arts or any related fields.
• Experience: 10-12 years in the wood field. Language Skills:
• Excellent in English and Arabic. Computer Skills:
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Personal Skills:
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership competencies.
