Sales Engineer

Hoffman Hydronics is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to partner with engineers, building owners, and end users across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise in pumping, hydronics, and steam systems to design solutions, lead lunch-and-learns, and drive projects from concept to close.What you’ll be doing:Collaborating with engineering firms and end users to select and specify pumps, hydronic, and steam equipmentLeading impactful presentations and lunch & learns that educate and build trustBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline, generating quotes, and closing ordersUsing innovative sales tools to uncover new opportunities and support your accountsPartnering closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service from order to deliveryWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)4+ years of HVAC sales experienceDeep understanding of hydronic/pumping and steam systemsStrong sales presence, polished communication skills, and a consultative mindsetAbility to work independently, yet thrive in a team-driven environment
