The team helps businesses navigate key operational and compliance requirements in the Kingdom, enabling efficient and sustainable growth.Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role combines technical expertise with commercial responsibilities to present AHTARAFION’s services to prospective and existing clients. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their business and compliance needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain service capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical and service-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to develop solutions, supporting the sales process from lead qualification through closing, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also involves providing post-sale technical support, gathering customer feedback to improve offerings, and contributing to product and service documentation.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate client requirements into practical service solutions.Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service to manage the full sales cycle and maintain positive client relationships.Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with business services, consulting, or corporate support solutions, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for documentation, reporting, and pipeline management.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
