Allied Machinery USA is the group's North American commercial hub.The role: You'll work directly with the President of North America on sales and account management for major OEM accounts. You own projects end to end — from quotation, through the sample and approval process, to production launch — working hand-in-hand with our manufacturing facilities in Richland and Monterrey as the bridge between customers and our plants.What you'll do:Review customer drawings and specifications; develop a strong understanding of customer needs and applicationsCollaborate closely with our Richland foundry and Monterrey machining facility — production feasibility, sampling coordination, launch support, and regular on-site time at both plantsOwn project timelines from quote through sampling (PPAP) to production, keeping customers and plants alignedExplore new opportunities and build a pipeline of new customersTravel to customer sites regularly — buyer meetings, facility visits, technical reviews — including international travel (Mexico)Support day-to-day account management: open issues, schedules, quality follow-upWhat you bring:BS in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar2–3 years in a foundry, machine shop, or large OEM manufacturing environmentStrong drawing literacy: GD&T, tolerancing, machining calloutsWorking knowledge of casting processes (gray/ductile iron a plus) and/or machiningClear communicator, comfortable in front of customersValid passport and willingness to travel, domestically and internationallySpanish or Chinese a bonusCompensation: $80,000–100,000 base + bonus, commensurate with experience.
