Sales Engineer

Employment Type: Direct HireJob Site: Kent, WAPay Rate Range: $85k – 135k/yearSHIFT: DayBENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, paid parental leave, 401(k), commuter benefits, disability insurance.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Sales Engineer for our client focused in the manufacturing of custom products and systems for the worldwide storage and deployment of hydrocarbon fuels.Coordinate between internal teams and customers to ensure requirements are met and understood.Conduct sizing calculations, analyze costs, and generate sales proposals and quotes.Ensure engineering teams are aligned with customer needs throughout the sales cycle.Build P&IDs that can demonstrate the company’s technical advantage for proposals.Provide product training for customers and channel partners.Attend trade shows and industry events.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in engineering – preferably in mechanical, chemical, or petroleum.Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or applications engineering.Strong communication skills to articulate requirements to engineering and non-engineering teams.Highly organized and self-motivated.Able to read P&IDs, technical specifications, and datasheets.Experience building sizing calculations.BONUS QUALIFICATIONSTechnical sales experience with industrial or gas systems equipment.WHY AVERRO?Averro is a veteran-owned staffing and solutions firm connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies.
