This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate fire and life safety solutions, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and technical documentation, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting customers with pre- and post-sales technical inquiries. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate system design, coordinate project handovers, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and contributing to sales targets and growth objectives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation and relationship management.Candidates should ideally have knowledge of fire and life safety systems or related technical fields.Candidates should hold a relevant technical or engineering degree, or equivalent professional experience.Candidates should be proficient in preparing technical proposals and using standard office and CRM software.Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills in the region are an advantage.
