Sales Engineer

The company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative construction materials, and offer one of the most extensive product ranges on the market.Position Overview:We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role involves promoting and selling DCP’s products, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients, deliver product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.Responsibilities:Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.Provide pre-sales technical support and assist customers with product information and solutions.Prepare, submit, and follow up on price quotations and commercial offers.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Manage payment follow-up and support the collection process.Conduct customer visits and support the sales team in promoting company products.Follow up on customer inquiries, offers, and project requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.Ability to work independently and travel as required.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.Valid driver’s license.Saudi nationality only.Key Competencies:Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Problem-solving and organizational abilities.Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.
