Sales Engineer

What we're looking forBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (experience with CMM, CNC, or QA testing equipment is highly preferred).Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering drawings (GD&T).Valid driving license and own vehicle (travel to industrial parks is required). Good command of English (for technical training and principal communication).Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused languageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated success in identifying customer needs and developing solutions-based approaches to salesProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically about technical challengesResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthWillingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers and attend industry eventsFluency in English; Thai language skills are advantageous
