The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their marine electronics requirements and propose appropriate solutions across navigation, communication, and automation systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to order closure. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams for installations and after-sales support, responding to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze customer needs, design solutions, and assist with implementation and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and drive opportunity conversion.Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present technical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant experience in marine electronics, navigation, communication, or automation systems is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Marine, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and system documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Proficiency with standard office and CRM software, and willingness to travel within the region as required.
