The organization is committed to helping clients achieve comfort and cost savings throughout the year through high-quality products and services.Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. This role involves identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate technical solutions for water pumps, solar water heaters, water tanks, chillers, and filtration systems, and preparing quotes and technical offers. The Sales Engineer will conduct site visits, perform basic system assessments, coordinate with the technical team for installations and maintenance, and provide technical support before and after sales. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting product features and benefits, and supporting AMC contract renewals and upselling opportunities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to assess system requirements, recommend solutions, and support implementation.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and maintain long-term relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred, with experience in pumps, HVAC, or water systems considered an advantage.Ability to interpret technical specifications, prepare proposals, and work closely with service teams on-site.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to conduct regular client visits in Ajman and surrounding areas is preferred.
