We provide power-generation solutions supported by strong local sales, technical, spare-parts, and after-sales capabilities.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our UAE sales team.The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting suitable power-generation solutions to customers across the UAE.The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial enquiry through order closure, while coordinating closely with internal technical, operations, and after-sales teams.QualificationsEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related disciplineStrong sales and business-development skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycleExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skillsAbility to understand customer requirements and clearly explain technical solutionsStrong coordination and follow-up skills with both customers and internal teamsExperience in power generation, diesel engines, industrial equipment, or related sectors is preferredUAE market experience and an existing industry network are an advantageValid UAE driving licence is preferredWillingness to travel within the UAE as requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary packageAttractive sales incentive / commission structureCompany-provided sales and technical trainingMedical insuranceAnnual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour LawOpportunity to work with an established international power-generation brandStrong local stock, technical, spare-parts, and after-sales support to help drive salesCareer-growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization
