Internal operations are integrated through a centralized Microsoft SharePoint environment, supporting efficient project management and collaboration for complex construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in structural steel projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clientsPrepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tendersCoordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timelinesConduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentationsTrack market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE/GCCNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policiesAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth strategiesMaintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to managementRequirements2–3 years of proven experience in sales of steel structures / structural steel fabricationExperience in UAE or GCC countries is a plusStrong technical understanding of steel structures, drawings, and specificationsValid UAE Driving License (mandatory)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyImmediate joiners or short notice period preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryProfessional work environmentOpportunity to work on major UAE projectsGrowth & Internal career advancement
