Sales Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Engineer, this position is based in Dubai but requires travel. We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in the refrigeration equipment field.Key Responsibilities1.Promote and drive sales of refrigeration equipment across the UAE and GCC markets, including evaporative condensers, cooling towers, and refrigeration compressors.2.Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with MEP contractors, cold storage operators, food processing plants, and consultants.3.Provide technical consultations, equipment selection, and tailored thermal/refrigeration solutions based on client project requirements.4.Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage the entire sales cycle through project delivery.5.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and EPC clients.6.Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and achieve designated annual sales targets.Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R, or related technical disciplines.2.At least3 years of proven sales experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration systems, cold room equipment, or related HVAC sectors within the UAE/GCC region.3.Strong technical foundation in industrial refrigeration principles, compressor technologies, and heat rejection equipment.4.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).6.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online meeting tools.7.Willing to accept regular business travel within the countries under responsibility.Benefit:Salary range: AED 7,000–8,0001.
