The company delivers comprehensive, customized solutions and services, supporting snack food manufacturers in improving production efficiency and product quality.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Raipur. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities for snack food processing and frying equipment, engage with prospective and existing clients, and present technical solutions that align with their production needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and cost estimates, and coordinating product demonstrations and trials. The role also involves collaborating with the technical and service teams for equipment installation support, after-sales service, and resolving technical queries. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate sales reports, support marketing activities such as trade shows and customer events, and contribute feedback to improve products and solutions.Qualifications Technical knowledge and skills in food processing machinery, mechanical or electrical systems, and the ability to understand production line layouts.Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and account management in an industrial or manufacturing context.Communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts clearly, preparing professional proposals, and interacting confidently with diverse stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, recommend suitable equipment configurations, and support troubleshooting with service teams.Educational background such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Food Technology, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage time and priorities independently.Experience in snack food manufacturing equipment or related industrial machinery sales is an advantage.Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
