Sales Engineer

• Create the opportunities and development of new customers and new applications for existing customers.
• Identify new opportunities and new applications within the assigned geographical territory.
• Promote all ENERGIA products and services at all times.
• Appling regular visits for the gen sets at customer sites to ensure proper operating and to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Completion and submission of weekly Visits plan Report
• Conduct presentations of new products to those existing and potential customers.
• Generate and receive enquiries from customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.
• Secure orders with credit approved terms as per procedures.
• Promote safe working practices at all times.
• Organize, plan, and record all daily activities on CRM and continuously update customers list, contacts, activities and other corresponding visit and action reports, including lost order reports.
• Managing collections and receivables and maintaining the outstanding below 60 days.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to safety, quality, and operational reliability.Proficiency in standard office and CRM software, with good written and spoken English; Arabic; Urdu language skills are an advantage.Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to assess client needs, design appropriate solutions, and resolve technical inquiries.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to develop opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and meet or exceed sales targets.1-2 Years experience in power solutions, electrical or mechanical systems, or industrial equipment is beneficial.
