Sales Engineer – Stainless Steel Fabrication

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Stainless Steel Equipment/Projects, technical understanding, and the ability to handle the complete sales process from client enquiry and site requirements to quotation and closing.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.Conduct outdoor sales visits, client meetings and project discussions.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable kitchen equipment and solutions.Prepare accurate and rapid quotations based on enquiries, BOQs and project requirements.Read and work with AutoCAD drawings for kitchen layouts and project coordination.Follow up on quotations and enquiries to drive conversions.Coordinate internally with estimation, design, production and project teams.Build long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, consultants, contractors and other hospitality clients.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE market experience.Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment/projects.Strong quotation and estimation skills – rapid quoting is essential.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong outdoor sales, negotiation and pitching skills.Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Good communication and client relationship skills.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
