Sales Engineer - Critical Power & Energy Management

FPG is delighted to be partnering with a leading global OEM specialising in critical power, energy management and electrical infrastructure solutions, as they continue to expand their commercial team in the UAE.We are currently recruiting for multiple Sales Engineer opportunities, supporting different product portfolios across the critical power and electrical infrastructure market.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement, business development and relationship management.You'll work closely with channel partners, consultants, contractors and end users to deliver technical solutions and drive business growth across the GCC.The Role:Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationshipsDrive sales through channel and distribution partnersEngage with customers to understand technical and commercial requirementsDeliver technical presentations and recommend suitable solutionsPrepare quotations, proposals and support commercial negotiationsWork closely with internal teams to ensure successful project deliveryIdentify opportunities across the critical power, energy management and electrical infrastructure sectorsRepresent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry eventsWhat We're Looking For:Background selling electrical infrastructure, critical power, power protection, power monitoring, energy management or related solutionsShould have experience managing technical sales and channel/distributor partners across the GCC and Africa.Experience in technical sales or sales engineeringStrong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship management skillsExperience within the data centre, commercial, industrial or mission-critical sectors is advantageousElectrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundAdditional languages, particularly French, would be beneficial but are not essentialWhy Consider This Opportunity?Join a recognised global OEM with an established presence across the GCCWork with market-leading technologies and solutionsRegional exposure across the GCC, with future opportunities to support additional marketsExcellent opportunities for career development within a growing international businessIf you'd like to learn more, please send your updated CV to goflaherty@firstpointgroup.com.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
