قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجResponsibilities1.Drive technical sales and business development for mission-critical data center HVAC & cooling solutions, including CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water systems, indirect/direct evaporative cooling, and liquid cooling infrastructure.2.Target and develop key data center stakeholders: colocation providers, hyperscale operators, MEP consulting firms, general contractors, and facility management teams across the Phoenix, AZ region.3.Conduct technical needs analysis, deliver customized HVAC system design proposals, technical presentations, budgetary quoting, and full-cycle project sales support from initial inquiry to close and handoff.4.Manage sales pipeline, forecast project opportunities accurately, track tender & bid processes, and consistently achieve assigned annual sales quotas.5.Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, product, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility, compliance with Tier 3/Tier 4 data center standards, and high-uptime operational requirements.6.Monitor local data center market trends, competitor offerings, and industry cooling technology evolutions; provide actionable market feedback for product optimization and regional sales strategy.7.Build long-term strategic relationships with key DC clients and consulting partners, maintain high customer satisfaction, and expand repeat business and project references.9.Support post-sale technical alignment, site visit coordination, and project milestone communication to ensure smooth project execution and customer retention.Required Qualifications1.5+ years of B2B technical sales or sales engineering experience specifically in mission-critical data center HVAC & cooling industry; pure commercial/residential HVAC background is not applicable.2.Solid professional knowledge of data center infrastructure, including CRAC/CRAH, chilled water system, indirect evaporative cooling, air handling units, and thermal management solutions for hyperscale & colocation data centers.3.Familiar with Tier 3/Tier 4 data center design standards, MEP project workflow, bidding process, and critical facility high-uptime requirements.4.Proven track record of independently developing MEP consultants, general contractors, data center operators and end clients; experienced in full-cycle technical sales, solution proposal, budget quoting and project closure.5.Self-motivated with good market insight, able to independently cover the Phoenix, AZ regional market and complete annual sales targets.6.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications1.Existing local network with Arizona data center developers, MEP firms and mission-critical contractors.2.Prior experience working for HVAC manufacturers, mission-critical system suppliers or data center EPC companies.
