The ideal candidate will gain valuable skills and knowledge, preparing them for a successful career in the electrical or IT engineering industry.The training program:The training will consist of comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals with theoretical training and practical experience with 70% from job-related experiences, 20% from interactions and collaboration with others, and 10% from theoretical training and educational events.This program aims to provide junior engineers with a holistic understanding of firsthand experience across various disciplines in sales organization, which include sales, pre-sales, execution team, project management, technical sales, and exposure to cross-functional departments of supply chain which includes warehouse management, product management, inventory management.By providing short-term stints to diverse aspects of our business, we aim to cultivate well-rounded professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles through structured job rotations.Trainees will conduct research and gather data to support design and engineering projectsPrepare and deliver presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsExposure to real-world engineering projects and challengesSupport in troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineersMaintain accurate documentation of training progress, work performed and projectsAdhere to safety standards and regulationsA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageTrainee Requirements:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineeringUnderstanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles and conceptsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in EnglishProficient in preparing and delivering presentationsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh level of motivation and willingness to learn
