Sales Engineer – Marking & CodingLocation: Dubai, UAEPosition Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Sales Engineer (Marking & Coding) to drive business growth across UAE. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our advanced technological solutions and our prospective clients.The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. Once a client's specific production or packaging needs are identified, you will articulate our products' technological capabilities and business value, converting technical features into clear commercial benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Find, contact, and build a pipeline of prospective clients within the manufacturing, packaging, and industrial sectors.Technical Consultations & Demos: Clearly articulate highly technical concepts, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and showcase the business value of our marking and coding systems to all prospective clients.Client Relationship Management: Follow up diligently with prospects, guide them through the sales cycle, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.Technical Support: Act as the trusted technical advisor, providing general technical support and troubleshooting guidance to clients during the pre- and post-sales phases.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical Articulation: Proven ability to translate complex, highly technical engineering concepts into easy-to-understand, value-driven language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across UAE and surrounding regions to meet clients and conduct on-site demonstrations.Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage).Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in industrial automation, packaging machinery, or the marking and coding industry (CIJ, Laser, TIJ, TTO) is highly preferred.Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical experience is an asset.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive product and sales training.A collaborative and fast-paced work environment in a thriving market.
