Sales Engineer – Riyadh – Wood & Joinery

We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – RiyadhOne of the largest wood manufacturing factories in Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to develop and manage sales opportunities across Riyadh and the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for wooden doors, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural joinery works.
• Visit consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and corporate clients.
• Identify projects at an early stage and follow them from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Review client requirements and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms while maintaining the required profit margins.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and client visit plan.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in wooden products, joinery, furniture, doors, fit-out, or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or corporate clients in Riyadh are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
