Team members contribute to maintaining high quality standards across a diverse product portfolio and supporting long-term customer relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Riyadh Region. The Sales Engineer will identify customer needs, present suitable product solutions, and prepare quotations and technical proposals for electrical, household, firefighting, and fastening products. Daily responsibilities include visiting customers, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support before and after sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, supporting key accounts, and contributing to sales forecasts and market analysis.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand product specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills, including building relationships, managing inquiries, and handling customer feedback professionally.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting technical information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience in trading or selling electrical products, household goods, firefighting equipment, or fasteners is an advantage.Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, travel to customer locations, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.Female applicant is welcome, provided she has a drivers license and can travel around Riyadh as and when needed.
