The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities, present technical product solutions to customers, and support the sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical guidance on electrical products, household items, firefighting equipment, and fasteners. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, offering after-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The Sales Engineer will regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to explain product features and specifications clearly. Specifically for Fire Fighting products i.e. fire hose cabinet, Fire Hose reels, Fire Extinguishers, sprinklers etc.Proven Sales and Customer Service capabilities to manage the full sales cycle and build lasting customer relationships.Excellent Communication skills i.e. Englinh & Arabic including presentation, negotiation, and documentation abilities.Experience with electrical products, household goods, firefighting equipment, or fasteners is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 environments is an advantage.Female applicant must have driver's license and able to drive around Riyadh.
