Sales, Event & Marketing Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales, Events & Marketing ExecutiveQLI Fitness Equipment Australia is looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales, Events & Marketing Executive to join our team in Silverwater, Sydney.This is a hands-on role for someone with proven experience in the fitness industry who understands gym environments, fitness equipment, customer expectations and the commercial side of the industry.You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day customer experience at our Sydney showroom while also helping us grow QLI’s presence across events, partnerships, social media and the wider Australian fitness market.Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the showroom and delivering a professional customer experience
• Building strong relationships with gym owners, operators, trainers, partners and industry contacts
• Coordinating and representing QLI at trade shows, activations and fitness industry events
• Identifying new event, partnership and brand awareness opportunities
• Supporting showroom visits, product demonstrations and customer follow-up
• Creating engaging social media content, including videos, equipment demonstrations and product features
• Supporting marketing campaigns and local brand initiatives
• Developing relationships across commercial gyms, PT studios, schools, universities, hotels, apartments and sporting organisations
• Supporting sales opportunities and earning additional commission from successful business generated
• Working closely with management to strengthen QLI’s presence and reputation in the Australian marketWe’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience working in the fitness industry
• Understands gym equipment, training environments and fitness customers
• Is confident, professional and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face
• Has strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Is creative and comfortable producing social media content and appearing on camera where required
• Is highly organised and capable of coordinating events and activations
• Is commercially aware and comfortable identifying sales and partnership opportunities
• Takes ownership, brings forward ideas and follows opportunities through
• Can professionally represent a commercial fitness equipment brand
