Our approach is based on understanding each client’s business, identifying growth opportunities, and developing practical solutions that generate measurable results.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly knowledgeable, disciplined, and persuasive Sales Executive who understands how businesses operate and how digital marketing services contribute to their growth.This is not a role for someone who only makes calls or delivers a standard sales pitch. The successful candidate must be able to research a potential client’s business, understand its market, identify weaknesses in its current marketing or digital presence, and confidently explain how NAEL Marketing can provide the right solutions.The Sales Executive should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, websites, e-commerce, branding, graphic design, content creation, social media, and business growth strategies. This knowledge will allow the candidate to communicate professionally with decision-makers, handle technical and commercial questions, overcome objections, and build trust with clients from different industries.The role requires consistent prospecting, structured follow-ups, accurate reporting, and close coordination with NAEL’s internal departments throughout the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Lead GenerationContact company leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, and other approved channels.Identify and qualify potential clients based on their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and readiness to proceed.Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients across different industries.Consistently follow up with leads without allowing qualified opportunities to become inactive.Develop new prospecting methods and identify industries or market segments with strong business potential.Meet or exceed agreed monthly sales, meeting, proposal, and revenue targets.Client Research and Business AnalysisResearch every potential client before making contact or attending a meeting.Understand the client’s products, services, target customers, competitors, current marketing activities, and business model.Review the client’s website, social media accounts, advertisements, branding, online customer journey, and overall digital presence.Identify weaknesses, missed opportunities, and areas where the client may be losing visibility, leads, or sales.Prepare relevant observations and recommendations instead of presenting the same general pitch to every company.Adapt the sales approach according to the client’s industry, challenges, objectives, and level of digital maturity.Consultative Selling and Technical KnowledgeClearly explain NAEL Marketing’s services and how different departments work together to support business growth.Understand and confidently discuss clear business benefits that clients can understand.Recommend the most suitable combination of services based on the client’s actual needs.Avoid overselling unnecessary services or making unrealistic promises.Build credibility by demonstrating strong commercial awareness and practical marketing knowledge.Client Meetings and PresentationsArrange and conduct discovery calls, online meetings, meetings at the client’s location, and meetings at the NAEL office.Ask structured questions to understand the client’s objectives, current challenges, expectations, budget, and decision-making process.Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, service packages, and commercial recommendations.Present solutions confidently to business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.Handle objections professionally and explain the value, process, timeline, and expected outcomes of the proposed services.Negotiate pricing and contract terms within the company’s approved commercial guidelines.Follow up after every meeting with clear next steps and agreed deadlines.Team CoordinationDetermine when support from internal specialists is required during the sales process.Coordinate meetings with relevant team members, including media buyers, website developers, graphic designers, content creators, account managers, and management.Provide the internal team with complete background information before involving them in a client meeting.Accurately communicate the client’s business needs, challenges, expectations, budget, and requested deliverables.Ensure that proposals reflect services the company can realistically deliver.Support a smooth handover from sales to the account management and delivery teams after a deal is closed.Remain available during onboarding when clarification regarding the original sales discussions is required.CRM, Follow-Ups, and ReportingRecord every lead, call, message, meeting, proposal, objection, and follow-up action in the company’s CRM or reporting system.Maintain accurate and updated lead statuses at all times.Prepare daily and weekly reports covering:Leads contactedCalls completedMeetings arrangedMeetings conductedProposals submittedFollow-ups completedDeals won or lostExpected revenueReasons for lost opportunitiesPlanned next actionsMaintain clear notes for every client conversation so that no opportunity depends on memory alone.Follow the company’s sales process, reporting deadlines, and documentation standards.Provide management with market feedback, recurring objections, competitor information, and potential service opportunities.Required Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in B2B sales, business development, digital marketing sales, agency sales, or a closely related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to discuss both creative and technical services.Knowledge of media buying, websites, e-commerce, branding, content creation, social media, and customer acquisition.Ability to research unfamiliar industries quickly and understand how a potential client’s business operates.Experience dealing with business owners, senior managers, and decision-makers.Strong prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.Ability to prepare professional proposals and tailor pitches to different industries.Experience using CRM systems, sales trackers, and structured reporting tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.Previous experience in the UAE market is preferred.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but strong practical experience may be
