Sales Executive / BDE

Danfe Solution is expanding, and we’re looking for a KPI-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team.We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just generate leads, but takes ownership of targets, tracks performance, maintains proper records, and consistently works toward measurable results.What you’ll be doing:• Generate and qualify new leads• Reach out to potential clients and businesses• Schedule and conduct client meetings• Present our digital marketing & IT solutions• Follow up with prospects and close deals• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings & conversions• Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs• Consistently work toward assigned sales targetsWhat we’re looking for:• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills• KPI-oriented and target-driven mindset• Highly organized with proper documentation and record-keeping• Ability to generate and convert leads independently• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills• Previous B2B sales/business development experience is a plus• Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset are welcomeLocation: KathmanduPosition: Full-TimeIf you’re someone who likes targets, numbers, accountability, and results — we want to hear from you.
