We offer a full range of products for serious tourers and campers alike.About the roleWe are seeking a driven and customer focused Sales Executive with the ability to produce positive customer, product and service outcomes. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sales, build loyalty and strengthen market share.If you are a sales or account manager from a retail or product background, looking for your next challenge and enjoy meeting new customers and decision makers while you achieve sales & customer targets, we would love to meet you.You’ll be responsible for:Key Relationship Management – servicing and developing an established customer baseProduct and Market Knowledge – maintaining awareness of market trends, product and pricing policiesSales & Service territory management – selling products, identifying new potential customers and delivering on sales targetsBusiness Development – increasing brand awareness, including managing Trade Shows on weekends, with flexibility for time off during the week.What you bring to the role:We are seeking a commercially savvy sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing long term customer relationships.To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:At least 5 years’ experience in a Sales role, preferably within the Outdoors/ 4 X 4 industry or closely aligned within a similar industryResults orientated with a focus on achieving and exceeding both sales and margin expectationsAbility to build and maintain strong business relationshipsGenuine passion for our products and the Outdoor industryDemonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skillsSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalIntermediate knowledge of Word and ExcelCurrent drivers licenceMust be willing and able to travelMust be willing to work some weekends where dictated by eventsYou can expect to work in a dynamic team environment, with colleagues who are passionate about the outdoor camping and 4WD industries.To applyApplications for this career opportunity are invited from Australian Citizens or residents with the right to work in Australia by clicking on the "Apply” button.
