If you have a strong background in selling premium interior design, contracting, or real estate development services, we want you to be the face of our exceptional engineering solutions.📍 Location: Alexandria, Egypt 🕒 Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: You will be responsible for driving the sales of our premium interior design and turnkey contracting services. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients, presenting our unique value propositions—including our "Fast Track" delivery system and in-house wood production capabilities—and guiding them seamlessly from the initial consultation to closing the deal.Key Responsibilities:Manage and convert inbound leads generated from targeted marketing campaigns and exclusive community outreach.Conduct professional consultations with high-net-worth clients to understand their needs and present tailored engineering and design solutions.Effectively communicate Trio's core advantages, such as flawless execution, exact 3D-to-reality delivery, and strict adherence to timelines.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and encourage referrals.Collaborate closely with the technical and design offices to provide clients with accurate proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.Requirements:Proven sales experience specifically within the Interior Design, Contracting, or Real Estate Development industries in Egypt.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to deal confidently with VIP clients and effectively sell premium, high-ticket services.Solid understanding of construction terminology, finishing materials, and interior design concepts.A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.📩 To Apply: Please apply directly here on LinkedIn and ensure your updated CV is attached.
