Team members join a creative, fast-paced environment where originality and customer engagement are central.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive is responsible for engaging customers in-store, presenting products, explaining flavor profiles and promotions, and providing an energetic, welcoming experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales floor, handling point-of-sale transactions, upselling and cross-selling products, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. The role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring stock levels, gathering customer feedback, and supporting promotions and events aligned with Candy Gang’s brand. Collaboration with the store and marketing teams to execute visual merchandising and brand activations is expected.Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales.Experience in retail or F&B environments, including handling cash, POS systems, and managing product displays.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and peak hours.Comfort working in a fast-paced, youth-oriented, highly branded environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.Basic numerical and reporting skills to track sales performance and support inventory control.Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial.
