In this role, you will lead our B2B sales efforts, acquire new business, and build strong partnerships with corporate clients across the Saudi market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and target prospective B2B clients and corporate accounts within the KSA market.Client Engagement: Pitch marketing services, present creative solutions, and conduct meetings with decision-makers.Needs Analysis: Assess client business requirements and propose tailored digital marketing and branding packages.Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare compelling proposals and commercial quotations.Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close sales contracts.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).Relationship Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retain repeat business.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2–3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a marketing/advertising agency or digital services sector in Saudi Arabia.Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and media buying.Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a proactive mindset.Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Mobility: A valid Saudi driver’s license and willingness to attend client meetings in Riyadh.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure.A dynamic, creative, and growth-oriented work culture.Comprehensive medical insurance and Saudi labor law benefits.
