The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s equipment rental services to contractors, developers, and project operators. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, preparing and presenting rental proposals, negotiating terms, and following up on leads to secure bookings. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and high service standards. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment rental, construction, or related industrial sectors.Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.Ability to identify market opportunities, generate leads, and build a sustainable sales pipeline.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working on-site, visiting customer locations, and coordinating with internal teams.Knowledge of construction equipment types, applications, and basic technical specifications is beneficial.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic reporting.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
