Join Autorun OJC in Dubai representing premium brands OMODA, JAECOO, and iCAUR and grow your career in a high-energy automotive sales environment with strong earning potential and structured development.Position: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Automotive / Car DealershipEmployment Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Do:Proactively engage with walk-in and online leads to identify their vehicle needs.Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our expanding fleet of Chinese and international brands.Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features, specs, and financing options.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.Coordinate with the CRM and aftersales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of car sales experience in the UAE (Chinese car brands preferred but not mandatory).Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Additional languages is a plus).Confident, outgoing personality with a consultative selling approach.Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary + Market's highest commission structure.Company-provided medical insurance and residence visa as per UAE law.Performance-based bonuses and career advancement opportunities.A supportive and inclusive team culture with regular product training and marketing support.
