Backed by RCL's extensive shipping network and local logistics expertise, we provide end-to-end solutions including ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, trucking, warehousing, and project logistics to support our customers' growing supply chain needs.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Jakarta and Surabaya, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, strengthening relationships with existing accounts, promoting the company's logistics solutions, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics services while achieving assigned sales targets.QualificationsBachelor's (S1) or Diploma Degree in any discipline.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry ONLY.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Well-groomed with a professional appearance and attitude.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Possess strong business development and customer relationship management skills.Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).For those who are interested in applying, we prefer applications to be sent directly by email:sinthya.id@rcl-logistics.comleo.id@rcl-logistics.comPlease use the following subject format:Sales Executive / [Applicant Name] / Location applied (JKT or SUB)
