Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayia Napa, responsible for promoting and selling the marina’s residential, apartments and villas. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting presentations and property tours, and managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support clients, attend meetings, and represent Ayia Napa Marina at local and regional events.QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with proven experience in real estate industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Solid customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering a premium experience.Ability to work with CRM systems, handle sales reporting, and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is considered an advantage.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling client information and transactions.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, including evenings or weekends as required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of the local market and familiarity with luxury lifestyle or marina operations is a plus.
