🚀 Hiring: Sales Executive | DubaiKshetry & Co. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to lead client acquisition, business development, and legal service outreach for our Dubai office.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Experience: 4–6 Years🏢 Department: Sales & Client Acquisition🕐 Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities• Drive client acquisition for the firm’s legal, corporate advisory, and consulting services across Dubai and the UAE.• Pitch legal solutions to corporates, startups, HNWIs, and commercial partners.• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, inbound leads, referrals, and business development activities.• Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified prospects into clients.• Coordinate with legal teams to prepare commercial proposals, retainer agreements, and service presentations.• Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.• Track sales targets, lead status, conversions, and pipeline performance and provide regular reports to management.• Represent Kshetry & Co. at trade shows, business expos, corporate events, and networking forums across Dubai and the UAE.Candidate Profile• 4–6 years of experience in sales, consultative selling, or business development.• Experience in professional services, legal, legal tech, corporate services, or financial sectors is preferred.• Candidates based in Dubai with an established UAE professional network are highly preferred.• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client acquisition, deal closure, and UAE commercial practices.• Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.• Excellent English communication; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working against performance metrics.• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and sales management tools.Why Join Kshetry & Co.?This is a high-impact opportunity to directly contribute to the commercial growth and regional expansion of Kshetry & Co.
