Sales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary objective is to drive maximum occupancy and revenue for the new logistics facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:New Business Development: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales leads across key target industries (e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and electronics).Facility Tours & Pitching: Conduct engaging, professional site tours of the new facility for prospective clients, highlighting our security, layout, dock doors, technology, and operational capabilities.Custom Solution Design: Work closely with prospects to understand their supply chain bottlenecks and propose customized space and service agreements (pallet-in/pallet-out, dedicated square footage, or full 3PL fulfillment).Contract Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process, structuring favorable leasing agreements, short-term storage contracts, and value-added service fees.Market Intelligence: Monitor local industrial real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging logistics demands to ensure our facility remains competitively positioned.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM, providing weekly forecasts to senior management.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, strictly within logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, or commercial/industrial real estate.Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehousing operations, supply chain terminology, and inventory management concepts.Track Record: Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing mid to large scale contracts.Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions to C-level executives and Supply Chain Directors.Drive: Self-starter mentality with high resilience and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, startup like environment.
