Sales Executive

Job description:Designs By Racquel (www.designsbyracquel.com | IG: @designsbyracquelsg) is a small but rapidly growing online jewelry store specializing in jade and custom jewelry designs. We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Executive (Jade) to lead the jade side of our business. You will play a key role in helping us grow our brand and sales.We are happy to teach you any skills you may not yet have—what matters most is your desire to learn and your commitment to delivering quality work.Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:Customer Service: Your primary role is to serve customers with knowledge and passion (Jade or Gold knowledge is preferred but not required).Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and monthly sales reporting.Social Media: Help manage our social media accounts.Inventory Management: Process incoming stock, manage restocking, handle returns, and conduct stock-taking.Office Maintenance: Replenish office supplies as needed.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the shipping company to ensure smooth delivery processes.Requirements/Skills:Jewellery (or other luxury goods) sales experienceDriven in meeting Sales GoalsSelf-motivated and self-directedSales PlanningBuild RelationshipsAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamGood understanding of office management and marketing principlesDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational5 Day work week (Tuesday -Saturday)Benefits:Work in a beautiful conservation home on Blair Road (near Outram Park), where free healthy lunches are provided most days.All the usual holidaysYour birthday off because who likes to go to work on their birthday?12 days paid vacation annually that you will start to accrue on day one.Discounts on our Jewellery because who does not like nice new pieces.Salary range $2,000 to $2,500 per month (depending on experience)A monthly incentive scheme after completing the probationary period: earn between $200 and $1,500/month based on sales.Additional leaveEmployee discountFood providedExperience:Jewellery or Luxury Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
