Company DescriptionEnoch Surfaces is a Singapore-based supplier of SPC flooring materials serving residential and commercial projects. We are part of a manufacturing group established in 2013, with operations across China, Thailand, and Malaysia. Singapore represents our latest stage of regional expansion.About the roleThis is a Sales Executive position focused on responding to customer enquiries and driving sales of SPC flooring, wood flooring, and wall panel products through multiple channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms.Recommend suitable SPC flooring, wood flooring and wall panel products.Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices.Follow up on qualified customer enquiries and close sales.Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.Maintain accurate customer and sales records.Coordinate with installation partners after order confirmation.Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales experience; candidates with 2–3 years or more of relevant experience are preferred.Experience in flooring, wall panels, building materials, renovation products or the construction industry will be a strong advantage.Strong communication, customer service, negotiation and sales-closing skills.Comfortable using computers and learning new company systems.Able to communicate effectively in English.Mandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage when assisting Mandarin-speaking customers and liaising with regional suppliers.Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.Remuneration and BenefitsMonthly salary package of S$2,300–S$2,600, inclusive of fixed transport allowance.1% sales commission, subject to the company’s commission policy.Company-generated customer enquiries and leadsComprehensive product training providedCareer growth opportunities in a growing companyFriendly and supportive working environmentIf you enjoy helping customers and want to build a rewarding career in sales, we’d love to hear from you.Interested candidates are invited to apply through SEEK or email their updated resume to hr@enochsurfaces.com, stating “Application for Sales Executive” in the email subject line.We appreciate all applications.
