Job SummaryThe Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, and maintaining high standards of store presentation while working flexible shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerHelp customers locate products and suggest suitable alternativesProvide accurate product information and basic customer supportMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and shelf presentationEnsure the store is clean, organized, and well stockedFollow company policies, security, and airport regulationsSupport team members to ensure smooth daily store operationsRequirements & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, travel retail, or other high-volume environmentsExperience in food and beverage industryAbility to work rotating shifts, including night shiftsEnglish and Arabic language skills suitable for customer serviceOutgoing, positive personality with strong customer engagement skillsHigh standard of personal grooming and professional appearanceMust be eligible to obtain:Airport security passMunicipality license for working with foodCandidates must not be currently studying
